As a Trainer, Assessor, or Coach with our organization, your role would involve transitioning from your current position in retail management to one focused on education and development within the retail sector. Role Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering apprenticeship standards to learners at their place of work, often with major retail brands.

  4. Managing administrative tasks associated with the role independently.
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
  1. Previous experience in retail management or supervision, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.

  3. Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
  4. GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above) or equivalent.
  5. Experience working autonomously.
  6. Possession of a minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification and/or experience in Work-Based Learning (WBL) or educational environments is advantageous.
