Exciting Opportunity: Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire
Salary: Dependent on experience plus service charge
40hrs - Must Hold UK driving license

As the F&B Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving daily operations within our restaurant, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, overseeing the front-of-house team, and collaborating closely with kitchen staff to deliver outstanding food and beverage service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, to ensure efficient and attentive service.
  • Train and mentor team members, providing ongoing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor dining room flow, anticipating guest needs, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
