Our client is looking for a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to run their Michelin Green Star restaurant based within a 5 Star country hotel. The hotel is an award winning Georgian property that has recently gone under significant renovation to bring it back to its classic origin. The Property is set within over 400 acres of landscaped gardens and grounds in the heart of Hampshire, with Multiple restaurants, Cinema room, Spa and more, it is a truly unique property, that offers the highest level of luxury.


The ideal candidate must be a natural leader with the ability to manage and motivate a large team, ensuring that the highest standards and level of service are always maintained. Personal presentation is essential for this role as well as having a strong personality with the ability to deliver a stream less service to the guest.

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager is essential from within a 5 star hotel/Michelin starred restaurant setting, where the highest level of service is delivered!
