Job Duties: As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment and delivering unparalleled service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, guest relations, and financial performance.
  • Leading and motivating a team of servers, sommeliers, and support staff to deliver flawless service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborating closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
  • Implementing and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
  • Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and grace, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties.
  • Managing reservations, seating arrangements, and special events to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a management role within a AAA or high-end fine dining restaurant.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
