Residential Valuation Surveyor

Residential Surveyor - NW London - £80k OTE

My client is a thriving private practice covering Greater London. They are seeking an experienced, commercially savvy Residential Surveyor (with VRS) to join an established team with a family feel.

They undertake a predominantly residential workload of low volume, high quality instructions for lucrative fees as well as providing a range of specialist services across the wider residential sector.

They do not undertake panel work or provide valuation for secured lending. As a result of growth (underpinned by ZERO staff turnover in 20 years and some very impressive financials) they now seek an additional Residential Surveyor as follows:

• AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS qualified with VRS
• Preference for quality over quantity, serving repeat clients who expect top quality reporting for very decent fees.
• Undertaking a low volume (typically 1 report per day) workload in/around N/NW/W postcodes (your location isn’t overly important as our client is not tied by lender panel restrictions - their work is all privately instructed).
• Visiting the office (in NW London) once per week for team catch ups and business updates (working from home / in patch the rest of the time)
• Impressive offices with a vibrant, inclusive team and lots of opportunities to socialise (Summer BBQ’s etc.)
• Opportunity to undertake other specialist work if you have the experience and desire - L3 Surveys etc.
• Scope for Senior Surveyor status, overseeing the work and reporting standards of junior members of the team

The successful Residential Surveyor will come from a stable career background with a demonstrable track record in Greater London and a desire to work at a lower volume for higher fees in a service minded environment.

Salary for the successful Residential Surveyor will start at up to £60k basic plus bonuses and benefits with likely OTE falling between £80-100k depending on output (work beyond 1 report per day if you wish to maximise earnings).
