A close-knit, award winning law firm based close to Solihull are seeking a professional, driven individual for a Residential Property Paralegal role, on a full time, permanent basis. If you have previous legal experience preferably within conveyancing, great interpersonal skills and are looking for long term career growth then this may be the role for you!

You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will be working to provide administrative support as well as handling communications with clients and estate agents, issuing draft contracts, handling requisitions, typing up and filing basic legal documents, preparing files and archiving as well as keeping the case management and client systems up to date and compliant.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as either a paralegal or a legal assistant within conveyancing, somebody who is also fluent in polish would be ideal for this role however this is not an essential.
