Absolute Executive Search are partnered with an exceptional Legal 200 Law Firm who are looking to appoint a Residential Property Paralegal into their Residential Development Team based in Manchester.

You will be working in a fast paced and demanding environment; the role is a client facing role so great communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Drafting contract packs received from developers/agents and issuing to buyers' solicitors.
  • Reporting regularly to developer clients with progress reports/deadlines.
  • Dealing with replies to enquiries.
  • Taking receipt of deposit payments from buyers' solicitors and dealing with payments out to clients/funder.
  • Dealing with pre completion requirements including drafting financial statements, drafting Practical Completion Notices, dealing with funder's enquiries, setting up the file for completion and dealing with post completion matters.
  • Dealing with Part Exchange purchases including reviewing title, reporting to client, raising enquiries, and dealing with property due diligence.
  • Dealing with exchanges and all pre and post exchange administration.

You will also have the opportunity to work on:-

  • Residential sale and purchases.
  • Refinance matters including investment portfolios and development finance matters.
