A well respected, multi office firm with offices in Hampshire and Surrey, seek a Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy team in work from their Winchester office. The firm offer legal services across the board to the affluent areas which they service. They have always employed experienced lawyers to ensure their clients receive a first class experience comparable with the larger regional firms.

The CQS accredited residential Property team is lead by a highly regarded partner and you will work alongside another solicitor. The firm do not undertake panel work and instead rely upon their reputation and repeat instructions, this is not volume conveyancing and client care is imperative.

You will inherit ands manage a caseload comprising freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re mortgages, transfers of equity and releases. Transactions tend to be high value which reflects the local housing stock and in the fees charged.
