Residential Property Conveyancer sought for Top 100 Firm 5+PQE

My client is a regional powerhouse on the south coast, they provide a full range of services to businesses and individuals and are highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners directories.

The firm are rightly proud of the supportive culture they have developed. This is driven by excellent leadership with clear vision and strategic direction. They invest heavily in the well being and career development of their staff, and provide bespoke training to ensure the consistent development of top-grade lawyers.

Alongside this, they have a salary and benefits package that others in the region look to with envy

Property is a valued practice area for this Hampshire firm who have an excellent client base in traditional residential and commercial property as well as development and plot sales work. This role would see you manage your own caseload of residential property matters from inception through to completion and have direct client contact. At the same time you will help more junior members of your team troubleshoot with the more challenging transactions. Therefore it is vital that you have a proven track record across the full spectrum of residential property.

There is a substantial caseload ready and waiting and, in addition, you will want to engage in business development and marketing to further build on the profile of the department.

Please apply as directed if interested. For more information contact James Hart at Search Legal or email
