Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a Property Management company based in North London who are seeking an experienced Residential Manager.

Duties:

• Site inspections
• Fire and gas safety compliance
• Portfolio of 50+ units
• Dealing with Leaseholder enquiries
• Excellent communication skills
• Business development

Desirable:

• Able to travel to the office
• Experience within a property management company
• Good team player
• Experience with health and safety

Salary + additional information:

• £38,000 - £42,000 DOE
• 3 days in the office and 2 days on-site inspections
