A leading residential Estate Agency in Malvern, Worcestershire are looking to recruit a Lettings Manager to join their successful team.

With a strong focus towards providing an excellent service for both Landlords and Tenants they are looking for a like minded individual that can assist in the continued growth of the business.

Your role will include:

- Arranging and attending viewings

- Liaising with tenants and landlords

- Booking market appraisals

- Attending Market appraisals

- Canvassing

- Various administration

- Overseeing all aspects of the business

- Staying up to date within current legislation

£27k - £30k depending on experience.
