A new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Partner (Solicitor) to lead and develop an existing team at a busy and growing law firm in Surrey/West London. 

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team whilst managing their own caseload and have good business development skills. 

Team moves and mergers will be considered. 

The firm is long established, multi-practice and expected to grow. The partners would like to double the size of the department over the next 5+ years. 

You will be supervising fee-earners and handling matters including but not limited to: 

  • Sales and purchases
  • Lease extensions
  • Transfers of equity

The ideal candidate must be: 

  • Qualified with 8+ years of experience
  • Able to manage their own caseload and manage a team
  • Commercially minded
