Resident Liaison Officer
  • 6-month FTC (potential for a permanent role for the right person).
  • Salary: £32,000 - £34,000
  • Car allowance : £400 per month

Resident Liaison Officer. Are you an experienced RLO who is searching for a new and fantastic opportunity? There is an exciting new project underway based in Camden, North London.

You will be working within a family orientated company, with the Refurbishment division expecting to continue to grow and prosper which means that there can be opportunities to grow with us.

Job Role:

  • Fire safety and upgrade works including
  • Design and installation of mains powered radio linked ( RF), Grade D1 LD2 alarm system to tenanted flats
  • Design and installation of grade A communal alarm system to communal areas within street properties

  • Design and installation of emergency lighting within street property conversions
  • Design and installation of landlord's fuse boards
  • Design and installation of meter cupboards
  • Fire stopping and compartmentation works
  • Securing cables with fire rated clips
  • Replacement of flat entrance and communal door sets with FD30s door sets
  • Asbestos surveys associated with the installation works

Requirements:

PREVIOUS SOCIAL HOUSING IS ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE AND WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED!
