RESEARCH MANAGER

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Research Manager will have the following role and responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage qualitative research projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Utilize a range of qualitative research methods to gather insights and data, such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies.
  • Employ social listening tools to monitor online conversations and extract valuable insights relevant to our clients and industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate qualitative findings into broader research initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in qualitative research methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior researchers, fostering a collaborative and innovative research environment.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Research Manager will have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sociology, psychology, market research).
  • 2-3 years of experience in qualitative research, with a focus on utilizing various research methods such as IDI's, Focus Groups.
  • Proven experience using social listening tools to extract insights from online conversations.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
