We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and candidate management skills. You would also be expected to demonstrate the intellectual ability required to enable you to take the desk to the next level.

Do you have:

  • A passion for making a difference in education
  • Experience in education recruitment
  • Experience in an education setting (ideal) business-oriented mindset
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet strict deadlines

Salary and benefits:

  • Salary (Negotiable)
  • Generous commission structure (up to 20%)
  • Clear and transparent career path
  • Full Time and permanent
  • 30 days annual leave and reduced hours in the school holidays (4 hours in the summer)
  • 8.00 to 17.30 in term time and 9.00 to 3.00 in the school holidays
  • Open to term time working
