Remedial Works Co-ordinator - Salary up to £33,000

Trevett Services are excited to be working with a growing regional and reputable Building Services and Engineering company, who due to internal growth are looking to bring on a Remedial Works Co-ordinator to work in their offices on the outskirts on Romsey. This is a full time, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities of the Remedial Co-ordinator:

  • Receive service sheets from engineers, following up any remedial works required
  • Working closely with the estimating team to price works
  • Raising purchase orders for parts and liaising directly with subcontractors
  • Scheduling engineer and subcontractor attendance, updating the customer at all points of the process
  • Ensure completed works is invoiced within 24 hours of completion

Qualifications required for the role:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a construction or engineering environment would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Having a good geographical knowledge across the UK would be desirable
  • Able to pick up new systems and company procedures quickly
  • Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft excel with good overall IT skills

Due to the site location, a full driving license is essential.

The working hours for this role at 42.5hours per week, Mon - Fri. This is a full time, permanent role based in the office. The salary on offer is up to £33,000 with great additional company benefits.
