Reliability Engineer

COMPANY:

microTECH Global has partnered with a growing Power Electronics business (SiC and GaN) in Munich, Germany. They are expanding their technology develop a team of Silicon Carbide (SiC) Technologists/experts primarily, and also for GaN-on-silicon power technology, with an immediate plan to develop an R&D center in Munich. This is an incredible time to join the business, lots of career growth and fantastic salaries!

  • Bachelor's Degree in EE, ET, or EMET plus a minimum of 6 years in the power semiconductors field or Master's Degree plus a minimum of 4 years in the semiconductor industry
  • Laboratory experience with power semiconductor products (IGBT, Diode, MOSFET etc) required
  • Individual must have excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong understanding of device and package failure analysis techniques required
  • Strong understanding of Power and Thermal calculations required
  • Interested in bringing theWBG Power Semiconductors to the Automotive Industry.
