ISS provide workplace and administration services to prestigious clients across London. We are seeking an Relationship Strategist and support to the Vice Chairman of a global financial services business based in the heart of the West End.

This role will provide administrative and operational support to the Vice Chairman with a focus on EMEA as part of an integrated global team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Prioritise and align time to client priorities with global-based Relationship Strategy colleagues.
  • Identify opportunities to foster connectivity.
  • Develop strong internal relationships with account management teams to enhance delivery of services to clients.
  • Strategically plan, schedule, track and manage frequency of client interactions.
  • Proactively map travel to priority markets, client-related engagements, conferences, and philanthropic/ personal commitments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their key personnel.
  • Participate in the annual strategic planning process to align 12-month calendar with business priorities, key activities, and events.
  • To support a flexible diary, blending professional and personal obligations, liaising with personal staff as appropriate.
  • To support with and organise complex and often fluid and personal travel itineraries and arrangements for commercial and private air travel, visas, trusted traveller programs, airline special services and country-specific requirements, as well as ability to manage urgent issues on the ground.

Experience & Traits

  • 5+ years of progressive administrative experience including significant C-suite experience.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Extensive experience managing complex travel arrangements
  • Significant knowledge of the Investment Management industry
  • Ability and self-drive to operate in a highly collaborative, connected, and dynamic team.
  • Ability and willingness to work out of non-office hours when required, flexibility is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, nuanced, complex and ever-changing environment.
  • Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and process oriented.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
