your new companyyour new role working as an Reinsurance Treaty Technician means you will be working for a leading Lloyds of London Insurance Broker based in the city. They are one of the biggest Reinsurance Brokers in the world who are experts in a wide range of classes of business. Due to a growth within their Treaty team, they are looking for a Reinsurance Treaty Technician to join their team.
Your new roleYour new role working as a Treaty Accounts Technician means you will be responsible for processing proportional treaty accounts and premium adjustments in accordance with the slip conditions, maintaining reconciliations of technical accounts. You will also be responsible for processing excess of loss claims/reinstatements from first advice and settlement in accordance with the slip conditions as well as produce and analyse premium/brokerage/claims/renewal and other statistics.
What you will need to succeedYour previous experience working as a Reinsurance Treaty Accounts Technician would contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have knowledge of Treaty Technical Processing, experience dealing with XL claims and credit control. You will have market experience with a broker, underwriter or bureau as well as an understanding of Lloyds/ London insurance market. you will be well organised and an excellent team player. Ideally you will be cert cii qualified or atleast working towards.
