Are you an experienced registered manager looking for a new challenge?

Reed is proud to recruit for a home based in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent to oversee the operations of client's residential home. We are seeking an experienced and future-thinking registered manager to join the team and progress the home into further success.

As a registered manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, including but not limited to:

  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Leading and managing staff to deliver excellent care.
  • Overseeing the care planning and quality assurance processes.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring the financial sustainability of the home.
  • Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.

To be successful in the post:

  • Hold a relevant level 5 or higher qualification in Health and Care in Management and Leadership
  • Hold a relevant level 3 in Health and Care
  • Have proven experience in managing an elderly residential home, with a strong background in leadership and communication skills
  • A detailed understanding of CQC standards and regulations
  • A compassionate approach with a strong commitment to quality care
