The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working General Practice Nurse to join the clinical team at this warm and welcoming surgery. You will collaborate with GP's, Clinical Pharmacists, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Specialist Practitioners, and administrative staff to provide the highest quality of care to all patients. The practice is looking for a Practice Nurse who will be valued by both staff and patients alike.

The Role:
As a member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will support patients in acute care as well as planned future care, including those with chronic conditions. Your primary duties will encompass general nursing tasks such as wound care, long-term condition reviews, cervical screening, immunisations, blood tests, health screening, baby immunisations, long-term conditions annual reviews (asthma, COPD, LD, CKD, AF, CHD, cancer reviews, dementia support, SMIs, etc.), ear syringing, safeguarding, infection control, palliative care, family planning, contraception, travel vaccines, and more.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fully qualified Practice Nurse
  Registered with NMC and RCN
  Up-to-date with all mandatory training, immunisations, and a recent DBS
