Up to £46,000 per annum
Remote with frequent travel
You will be based from home but will travel frequently to support the 9 Complex Care branches based from the Tees Valley down to Kent.
You will need to be a car driver with your own vehicle.

Job Description
What you’ll do
The role of the Regional Manager is to oversee the delivery of high quality, legally compliant care support services in such a way that meets the business needs of City & County Healthcare Group. You will provide leadership to 9 Complex Care Branch Managers from Tees Valley down to Kent.
Qualifications
What you need
You will need to be a resilient and experienced Regional Manager, with a strong understanding of CQC or CIW, as well as being passionate about providing the best in complex community care. You will have previous leadership and business development experience ideally within complex care, good budget, business management and commercial skills and a wealth of experience in managing and developing teams to achieve their full potential.
