Regional HR Business Partner (6-month FTC)

We are delighted to be working with an established client resourcing for Regional HRBP. The successful candidate will have expert knowledge in employment law to support with case and statute law advise be CIPD Level 5 qualified including the employment law module. Working with a fantastic and friendly team you will have the ability to resolve complex queries and contribute to HR projects. This is a diverse role within an expanding forward-thinking organisation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide expert advice in all areas of HR policy, best practice, procedures and benefits to managers and employees in a timely & professional manner.
- Project manage organisation changes resulting from strategic initiatives including but not limited to reorganisations and restructures; redundancies; TUPE
- Critically assess the level of capability of managers and work with them to upskill on all management issues including career discussions, performance management, absence management, and employee relations issues
- Support Managers to develop their teams, raising the bar of capability across all areas.
- Update/create HR policies & processes to reflect legislative changes and ensure compliance.
- Work collaboratively with the Recruitment team and monitor key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates to determine recruitment strategies. Provide advice and support on all recruitment issues.
- Working collaboratively with the Company’s Employment Solicitors support on Employment Tribunal Claims and putting together bundles as and when needed. Monitor, review and update all HR policies and ensure they are in line with current legislation.
This role will require the successful candidate to travel to other sites which may require overnight stays.
