Established in 2009 we are one of the most successful independent recruitment companies across the West Midlands with a network of three offices and due to continuous growth, we are looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer based out of our office in Worcester to join the team in the Permanent Division. Working closely with the Head of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) you will help to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business.

Skills:

  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience of Data Entry
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively within a small team dynamic.
  • Ability to form professional relationships over the phone.
  • High level of organisation (You'll have to keep track of multiple candidates)
  • People person.

Key activities and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Using job platforms to source candidates, calling them and pre-screening for live FMCG job roles. You'll need to match the desired skills & experience for the clients requirements. You will be with the candidate every step of the way by keeping in touch with them during the process.
  • Posting jobs on relevant websites directly. Notifying unsuccessful candidates by e-mail at the conclusion of each campaign, dealing with requests for interview feedback and providing administrative support to ensure the successful conclusion of recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensuring that recruitment campaigns are proactively monitored during the advertising period, working closely with the Recruitment Manager and recruitment team to act where applications received are few or of poor quality.
  • Creating job adverts using an editing software (GIMP)
  • Maintaining a tracker spreadsheet, to keep track of different candidates you are supporting.

The role requires a resilient individual as you can call, email, direct message 50-100 people a day and have no response, tenacity is key.

Monday - Friday (every other Friday off) / 0800-1730 / 1 hour unpaid lunch / Located in City Center / Parking passes available.
