Ritz Recruitment are a small boutique agency and have been operating for over 40 years with offices in London and Manchester we specialise in recruiting a variety of roles within the commercial sector on both temporary and permanent divisions.

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy, well-established and high-performance temps’ team in our London office very close to Liverpool Street Station. This role is maternity cover for 12 months.

The main purpose of the role is to provide Resource support and generate candidates for vacancies our clients are seeking temporary staff for, should that be 1-2 days to 3-4 months. No 2 days are the same with this role, it will keep you on your toes!!

Main tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Director on the Temps Commercial Division
  • Headhunting and approaching candidates, identifying if they are available and suitable for any live roles, pre-screening their CV’s and creating a shortlist of candidates.
  • Developing a good understanding of our client’s needs, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
  • Using job boards and our company’s social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates.
  • Meeting with candidates, formatting CV’s, writing profiles on candidates, correspondence to clients in respect of suitable candidates.
  • Organising interviews for candidates as requested.

Person specification:

  • Good level of education
  • 6 months+ Recruitment  Resource experience
  • Experience of dealing with clients and candidates.
  • Strong Administration skills
  • IT literate including database
  • Professional phone manner
  • Multi tasking is key for this role.
