The Role: Recruitment Manager

The Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00am-17:00pm

Location: Brighton and WFH

Salary: Up to £40,000 Plus Commission

Rubix Recruitment are expanding and looking for a Recruitment Manager to help build and grow the business. This is a great time to join a rapidly growing Recruitment Agency. We offer a fantastic commission structure with career progression.

Job role

• Previous experience in 360 recruitment within a Recruitment Agency minimum 5 years.
• Ability to work within a team, as well as unsupervised
• A strong network presence pre-existing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Great organisational skills
• A team player
• Computer-literate
• Managing a team would be beneficial.
