My client are a leading global legal services provider who are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their People and Recruitment team. You will ideally have a background in professional or financial services, with either agency or internal recruitment experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Screening: Taking a lead in speaking with lawyers who want to know more or want to apply to join the business. Helping to select the best people for their short term and long term needs.
- Application processing: Working with the team to ensure applications are processed quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards when dealing with potential joiners.
- Managing talent pools: Proactively managing existing talent pools and working with the recruitment and engagement management teams to ensure they have a strong understanding of the experience, availability, and fit of those lawyers for live assignments. You’ll play a key role in giving teams across the business visibility of who they have available and keeping the lawyers updated on opportunities they’re being considered for.
- Recruitment advertising: Writing detailed, creative and informative advertising to sell the business as well as to attract specific lawyers for current and future needs.
- Strategic projects: Leading or supporting on strategic recruitment projects such as marketing and advertising campaigns, reengagement initiatives and developing new talent pipelines. Also continually reviewing and refining the company recruitment process and systems that support it.
