Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well-established Luton branch to develop and grow an existing warm industrial desk supplying temporary staff to clients.

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology system and we are committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax .

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Luton will include:

  • Proactively developing new and existing industrial business by identifying and establishing client relationships
  • Business to business sales call and working to targets
  • Travelling to visit clients for meetings so ideally you will be a driver and have access to your own car
  • Sourcing and recruiting staff for your temporary industrial bookings
  • Building relationships with your clients and candidates
  • Managing existing Accounts and relationships
  • Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
