Recruitment Consultant - Top Performers wanted!

My client is a leading Technology Recruitment firm, experts in placing high level tech professionals.

This role involves significant research, market analysis and identifying leading figures and talent within the technology sector. You'll be handling both candidates and clients. That includes finding great candidates, winning new business, negotiating deals and salaries, and, of course, earning great commission!

Earning Potential: £30k base salary + Uncapped Commission. OTE £40-50k in Y1, rising to over 6 figures in Y3! With incredibly high fee sizes, someone in their 2nd year earnt 70k in commission from just one placement!

Training: During training, you'll get a mix of classroom learning and practical one-on-one mentoring. This means you'll be learning from experienced professionals who've closed million-pound deals and have years of experience in the field.

Progression: Clear progression path, where you could be leading a team in just 1-2 years.

What are the requirements?

• Impressive academics, including strong A-levels and a bachelor's degree with a 2:1 or higher from a top 20 university.
• High-achievers beyond academics, actively participating in extracurricular activities, university societies, or excelling in competitive sports.
• Possess a strong competitive spirit, ambition, and a results-oriented mindset, with the confidence and determination to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
• Exhibit a robust work ethic, having worked from a young age, often juggling work with studies, and willing to put in long hours in sociable yet challenging roles, preferably those involving direct customer interaction, such as retail, hospitality, or commercial positions.
• Ideally, have prior sales experience in a B2B setting or at least one year of experience in a commercial industry, showing a desire to transition into a faster-paced and demanding recruitment career.
• Demonstrate a curious and focused nature, along with an engaging personality that fosters meaningful interactions.
