PLUS, 10% commission on all sales (no threshold)

About:

Hunter Mason Consulting is an independent business. We specialise in Construction Recruitment for Senior Management Positions i.e., Project Managers, Site Managers, etc. We have grown considerably in the last year & we are looking to continue this growth of our team.

The ideal candidate would be someone with sales experience and/or an individual who can confidently carry a professional conversation, has a drive to make money, and is capable on a computer (Excel & Word).

We are looking for individuals with a desire to make money, hardworking, & want a long-term career.


The Role:

On a typical day you will work to a financial target by:

  • Liaising with clients on their recruitment needs
  • Searching for the right candidates on job boards & Linkedin
  • Speaking with candidates to understand their needs & requirements
  • Selling in candidates that meet the clients’ needs & vice versa
  • Arranging interviews
  • Collating & delivering interview feedback
  • Organising & settling job offers with clients & candidates
