Are you a Recruitment Consultant looking to join a team of experienced consultants and administrators? Do you have the potential to work on a busy, well-established desk and develop your own new business?

Here at Pertemps Bristol we cover three main sectors - driving & logistics, industrial (warehouse, production operatives) and technical & engineering.

  • Uncapped monthly commission on temp and perm revenue, with NO threshold to break before you start to earn!

About the job 
  • Managing and building relationships with our large active client base and their key contacts.
  • Developing your business in the industrial sector – with a focus on quality over quantity.
  • Recruiting, interviewing and managing temporary workers.
  • Dealing with Payroll for temporary workers and invoicing clients.
  • Regularly visiting clients to gain new business and maintain relationships.
The right candidate
  • Previous experience in a recruitment in any sector or job role - temp, perm, contracts, internal etc
  • Excellent teamworking skills
  • IT literate
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues, candidates and clients at all levels
