Are you looking for a new role in recruitment? We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and fun team. You will be working on an existing desk with plenty of scope for development increasing your opportunity to earn and progress. You will be: -
  • A Recruitment Consultant - Ideally with Education experience but happy to consider other disciplines.
  • A great communicator, happy to collaborate with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Well organised, managing a busy desk to include time management is key.
  • Happiest when having an impact whether it is booking a day or finding someone their dream job.
  • Used to working at a senior level, to include buying panels.
  • Able to manage expectations of staff and schools on an ongoing basis.
  • Creative, we love people with innovative ideas.
  • A team player who loves to interact with colleagues.
