Recruitment Consultant- Perms Desk

Our people are industry experts, providing staffing for roles such as doctors, nurses, allied health professionals (AHP) and health science staff (HSS).

We are looking for a talented individual take ownership of a Permanent Desk in Healthcare Recruitment. This is a great developmental opportunity for an established Recruitment Consultant who is looking for career growth, to gain further client engagement and business development experience and have the autonomy of running a new division.

With your proven record of recruitment, lead generation and good client relationships this progression role is a credible career option. As a Perms Recruiter, you will be the vital link between clients and candidates already established in our vast CRM, working a 360-recruitment service within a high value and reputable business. The ability to work autonomously is key, however with the development and growth of this division a team will be built around you.

The role will be challenging, exciting, target driven and rewarding. We have excellent training programmes to enable our team members to thrive and succeed. The teams within our business are diverse and our office is a vibrant and lively arena were the sharing of knowledge and skills are actively promoted. We would welcome an experienced recruiter with permanent recruitment experience, to be part of the strategy to push this new division forward and be part of the MedicsPro organisational goals.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting candidates for placement with NHS and Private Healthcare providers.
  • Providing the highest level of customer service and deliver quality candidate experience.
  • Establishing partnership working with key stakeholders to ensure provision of staffing to fill vacancies.
  • Networking to build business information and leads that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for client related issues and queries.
  • Contribute to long term strategy using sales data and trends, present quarterly business plans.
  • Managing all data on business CRM (IQX) utilising all information which should be kept fully updated on each candidate/client.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates with exposure to 360 end-to-end recruitment service.
