Recruitment Business Manager - Elite Division

An opening for an Elite Business Consultant is now available - you will be a driven person with a passion for recruitment who loves to work from home and can motivate themselves to do so.

Carlton Recruitment have been in business for 25 years and have a fantastic name, reputation, and very loyal, long standing team members. You will need to drive the new sales development and existing sales development for the Elite Division.

To grow and maintain our ELITE Permanent desk, resourcing, attracting, and placing Candidates into higher end job roles - £60k+.

Key Responsibilities as Recruitment Business Manager:

NEW SALES DEVELOPMENT

  • To drive sales creating new opportunities for the Elite division.
  • Making customer sales calls.
  • Creating a new client data base through sales development by phone and face to face visits to create new jobs.
  • Servicing an existing database through ongoing service calls and face to face visits to create new jobs.
  • Spec out candidate details direct to clients to create job opportunities.
  • Client presentations.
  • Utilising social network platforms to help create opportunities such as LinkedIn.
  • To learn, develop and fully understand the 360-degree sales cycle of sales recruitment.

CANDIDATE ACTIVITY

  • To pro-actively resource for Candidates using websites, leads, referrals and recommendations.
  • To fully register candidates, preselect and check eligibility to work in the UK and store accordingly.
  • To manage the database making sure that everything is recorded, and legislation is met.
  • Arrange Interviews for candidates and follow up.
  • Candidate registration face to face, Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp.
  • Sending out Interview confirmation via email.
  • Coaching Candidates and prepping for interview.
  • Liaise with candidates daily.
  • Creating sales lead from candidates daily.
  • All admin related to the highest standard.
  • Sending out available jobs via e shot to all candidates creating referrals.

CLIENT ACTIVITY

  • To manage the client database keeping records up to date on Aspire.
  • Organising marketing and sales letters, eshots, sending and following up.
  • Writing up detailed job specs and placing in job file and on the database.
  • Sending clients TOBs via e mail as confirmation.
  • Creating, writing, and sending sales literature to clients.
  • All admin related including GDPR.

Key Requirements:

  • Full understanding of word packages.
  • Full understanding of LinkedIn and relevant Social Media platforms.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong word comprehension.
  • Minimum 3 years Recruitment.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Car owner / driver.
  • Confident and outgoing.
  • Hardworking and target driven.
  • Tenacious.
  • Focused and self-motivated.
  • Team player.
  • No clock watchers needed.
