People Solutions are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment Team in Rugby.

Day to day duties

• You will be working in a busy recruitment office
• As part of your role, you will be talking to our clients and our customers, so you will enjoy offering the highest standards of customer services
• You will be preparing data for various functions of our business,  so you’ll enjoy working to very high standards
• You will also be dealing with payroll queries
• Dealing with Compliance
• You will enjoy working in fast paced environment
• Resourcing, conducting telephone interviews & registering candidates
• Answering inbound calls
• Completing daily admin task & spreadsheets

Essential Experience

• Experience of Microsoft Office
• Experience of working in a customer facing environment
• Previous experience of working in an administration role
• Good communication skills

Training

Full training on the company’s systems and compliance will be given
