As a Recruitment Account Manager, you'll provide world-class service to customers, using purpose-built technology to fulfil the customer’s recruitment needs.
Responsibilities
- Understand the customer’s requirements in depth and share this knowledge with the supply chain, to ensure the right quality of candidate is put forward
- Hosting meetings with managers around fulfilment with their roles
- Understanding of framework and compliance
- Creating relationships with suppliers
- Being able to understand requirements of manager needs and deliver timeframes within agreed SLA periods
- Helping to ensure off-contract spend is limited and brought on contract saving the client money
- Ensure that the details of your customer’s vacancies are up to date
- Follow up to make sure timesheets are submitted and approved
- Attend weekly and monthly customer meetings, providing operational overviews of service delivery performance
- Provide training support to customers, to ensure they are using the technology effectively and efficiently
- Answer customer queries via phone, email and live chat in a timely manner
- Ensure that all candidates put forward for roles are compliant
- Be committed to providing world-class service to your customers
- A background/experience in recruitment
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to listen and interrogate customers to ensure full and proper understanding of their requirements
- A good understanding of recruitment processes
- Excellent at building relationships with people over the phone and face-to-face
- Comfortable working on your own, remotely
- Able to multi-task and have experience of dealing with a workload that fluctuates throughout the week and includes telephones, emails, face-to-face meetings and client SLA’s
- Experience of MS Office and be ‘tech savvy’
- Have a head for numbers and the ability to understand what the data is telling you
