Do you have a background in account management? Do you have experience working in recruitment/staffing roles? We're recruiting a Recruitment Account Manager to join an established business services organisation based in Lutterworth.

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you'll provide world-class service to customers, using purpose-built technology to fulfil the customer’s recruitment needs. 

Responsibilities 
  • Understand the customer’s requirements in depth and share this knowledge with the supply chain, to ensure the right quality of candidate is put forward
  • Hosting meetings with managers around fulfilment with their roles
  • Understanding of framework and compliance
  • Creating relationships with suppliers
  • Being able to understand requirements of manager needs and deliver timeframes within agreed SLA periods
  • Helping to ensure off-contract spend is limited and brought on contract saving the client money
  • Ensure that the details of your customer’s vacancies are up to date
  • Follow up to make sure timesheets are submitted and approved 
  • Attend weekly and monthly customer meetings, providing operational overviews of service delivery performance
  • Provide training support to customers, to ensure they are using the  technology effectively and efficiently
  • Answer customer queries via phone, email and live chat in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all candidates put forward for roles are compliant
  • Be committed to providing world-class service to your customers
Skills and Experience
  • A background/experience in recruitment 
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to listen and interrogate customers to ensure full and proper understanding of their requirements
  • A good understanding of recruitment processes
  • Excellent at building relationships with people over the phone and face-to-face
  • Comfortable working on your own, remotely
  • Able to multi-task and have experience of dealing with a workload that fluctuates throughout the week and includes telephones, emails, face-to-face meetings and client SLA’s
  • Experience of MS Office and be ‘tech savvy’
  • Have a head for numbers and the ability to understand what the data is telling you
