Are you a meticulous organizer with a passion for accuracy? Are you skilled in managing financial data and ensuring compliance with regulations? If so, we're looking for someone like you to join this dynamic team as a Record to Report Manager.
As the Record to Report Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end process of recording, reconciling, and reporting financial transactions. Your keen eye for detail and strategic mindset will drive efficiency and accuracy, ensuring our financial reporting is not only timely but also compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Role Scope
- Manage the entire record to report process, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ownership of UK & Ireland Group Reporting and relationships working with International Shared Services
- Develop and implement procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in record to report processes, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
