Reconciliations and Billings Analyst

Responsibilities will include:

• Analysis of billings and collections
• Data manipulation
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Processing new account information
• Cash monitoring
• Bank Reconciliations
• Generating various reports
• Communicating with IT department and finance colleagues to discuss billings/banking and aged debt
• Systems improvement - looking at ways to improve and drive efficiency's
• Month end activities
• Ad hoc projects
