Reconciliation Analyst | Northwich | 12 month Contract | up to £30,000

We are actively seeking a Reconciliation Analyst for a highly reputable company in Northwich.



Responsibilities:


  • Administer CASS-related activities and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.

  • Produce internal and external cash and stock reconciliations

  • Monitor exceptions and ensure they are resolved promptly

  • Produce daily calculations for Client Money and monitor related activities.

  • Collate management information required by the CASS Committee.

  • Identify and monitor operational risks and inform line managers of concerns and issues.

  • Ensure appropriate controls are in place and operating effectively.

  • Demonstrate adherence to the Firm's Business Principles.



Requirements:


  • Keen attention to detail, both on and off systems.

  • Ability to work quickly and accurately within tight deadlines.

  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently

  • Flexibility and availability to work overtime at short notice

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly and effectively.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Understanding of FCA CASS rules relating to client money and safe custody assets.

  • Proficiency in Excel would be beneficial.
