Temp to Perm Receptionist for a Private Equity firm in the West End.  

A market-leading private equity firm based in the West End is seeking a superstar Receptionist to join their friendly and sociable team. They require a confident and proactive self-starter who thrives in a high-energy environment. This is a temp to perm role with great progression prospects and fantastic benefits.

Role: Receptionist
Duration: Full time
Start date: ASAP 
Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE
Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00, 5 days in the office
Location: West End

Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome and assist clients and guests at the front desk
  • Manage meeting rooms efficiently
  • Ensure a positive visitor experience
  • Coordinate couriers and service providers
  • Maintain the front of house area to high standards
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and integrate new team members
  • Gift management

Requirements:
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
  • Friendly, approachable and possessing a sunny disposition
  • Quick to build rapport and relationships
  • Detail-orientated and a problem-solver
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Adaptable and willing to tackle diverse tasks
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills
