Receptionist
We are seeking an experienced legal receptionist to join a leading US law firm on a permanent basis. This is a busy role that requires someone to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, as well as working effectively under pressure. Previous experience in a reception or office administrative role within a legal of professional services environment is required.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Serve as a first point of contact for clients, visitors, internal staff members and callers.
- Manage a multi-line telephone system, directing calls to the appropriate parties and taking accurate messages.
- Coordinate conference room bookings and schedule meetings for internal staff members and clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff when necessary.
- Maintain the reception area and common areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times,
