Receptionist, Permanent, International Business, Central London, £30,000

Our client, a successful business, requires a Front of House Receptionist with strong Admin skills (Word, Excel and Outlook needed) to work alongside a colleague and to provide a professional welcome, plus first class support to Senior colleagues. This is a permanent position and benefits include discretionary annual bonus, private pension scheme, private medical insurance and 25 days holiday. This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm and working within a very friendly team.

The main duties of the Receptionist are:

  • Handling all incoming calls
  • Greeting visitors and providing refreshments
  • Secretarial support
  • Diary management, liaise with other PAs
  • Research and book flights, hotels, taxis, prepare itineraries, apply for Visas, research London hotels
  • Assisting with seasonal events (Friday breakfasts, cocktail parties for milestone events) and also with off site events
  • Booking meeting rooms, booking and logging of all taxis
  • Monitoring and ordering of all office stationery and supplies, first aid, fire drills
  • Responsible for distributing incoming post and posting of outgoing post
  • Sending, receiving and logging of all courier packages
