Based in Wolverhampton
We are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client for a Receptionist and Administrator. Your main role will be to support the smooth running of the office, completeling administration tasks and supporting the accounts department. You will also be front of house, welcoming visitors and answering phones.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and greeting visitors
- Opening post and distribute to the team
- Identify callers needs and direct them to the right team
- Inputting enquiries, contact details onto the CRM database
- Support the team with producing letters, reports
- Respond to website enquiries
- Diary management - arranging meetings
Knowledge/Skills required:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and confident typist
- Previous Reception/Administration experience
- Experience with Microsoft Publisher (desirable)
- Confident and organised
