Reception & Office Assistant for a luxury Travel Company in the West End.  

A luxury travel company based in the West End is seeking a confident and personable Reception & Office Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading company offering exceptional industry exposure as well as great internal progression opportunities. They are looking for someone who is confident, diligent and will get the work done. This is an incredibly sociable and friendly work environment and they would like someone who is keen to get involved with company activities. 

Role: Reception & Office Assistant
Duration: Full time
Start date: ASAP (will wait 1 month's notice)
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Working Hours: 9:00 - 5:30, 5 days in the office
Location: West End

Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet clients and guests at the front desk
  • Manage front desk booking system and organise meetings / lunches
  • Provide IT support in meeting rooms
  • Handle office duties such as sorting mail, scanning documents and managing couriers
  • Events management, including organising international events
  • Support ESG initiatives, assist with HR onboarding and provide admin support to the marketing team

  • Excellent client manner
  • Well-presented and professional
