Your new company
You will be working for a well-established construction company from their newly refurbished offices in Newton le Willows on an ongoing temporary basis.
Your new role
You will be based on reception and be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors to the office in a friendly yet professional manner, answering incoming calls and taking messages etc as appropriate, handling the incoming and outgoing post and responding to emails. There will also be an administrative element to the role where you will be doing basic things such as filing and photocopying, as well as updating spreadsheets and internal systems, arranging meetings and ad hoc admin support to the office manager.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have recent and relevant office-based administration or reception experience, have strong IT skills (word, outlook and excel) and have an excellent telephone manner.
What you'll get in return
This role offers £12 per hour basic plus holiday pay, an early finish every Friday and free parking. There is also the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
