Raw Material Stores Person
Based in Poole, our client is currently seeking a Stores Person with experience and knowledge of raw materials. It is an advantage to have previously worked in an aerospace environment. It would also be advantageous that the successful candidate holds a valid forklift licence although not essential as training will be provided. It is therefore a requirement that you hold a valid driving licence as you will be required to drive a forklift on a road once trained.
Purpose of Role
- To control RAW MATERIAL STORAGE AND ISSUE per specified project
- To ensure the KANBAN process is un-interrupted due to Material Issue.
- To ensure the highest level of quality control/inspection conditions are applied at all times during the process.
- To maintain Quality Records/documentation in accordance with BOCS-04
Responsibilities
- To adhere to the Aerospace Quality Procedures
- To uphold company policies as documented in the Business Strategy.
- To identify and maintain traceability of all received material.
- To issue material to designated location in accordance with production requirements (Airbus Production Model).
- To maintain Airbus Raw Material Stores to a standard that reflects the company 5c standards

- To book in and control material in accordance with company procedures.

- To issue material in accordance with company procedures.
Location: Poole
Salary: £13 to £14.50 per hour DOE
Hours: 39 hours over Monday to Thursday (flexi-time scheme offered by our client)
