Description

Quantity Surveyor ( Airport / Aviation experience, bonus but not essential )

My client is a construction consultancy so we are looking for ideally in that field but they will look at contracting PM with airport experience.

The project is; deliver a range of schemes at London Luton Airport, including a primary focus on the 'Concessions' roll-out programme; delivering strip-out, reconfiguration and fit-out of front-of-house retail spaces.

Profile

Key requirements:-

  • Minimum of 5 years client-facing Quantity Surveyor experience
  • Retail experience
  • Aviation experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience of stakeholder engagement & management
  • Strong inter-personal skills

The role would require an average of 3 days/week down at Luton, so either a willingness to travel, or a base within a reasonable commuting distance to Luton, would be ideal.

Job Offer

  • Package - 50-70k - Large range as they will look up to senior
