Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Refurbishment - Essex

A growing Essex based main contractor are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based in their office.

The role will be working on social housing projects both new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m working alongside the Commercial Manager with genuine progression within a growing company.

The ideal candidate will have a construction background within a QS capacity, open to someone looking to move into working for a main contractor. Candidates must be client facing, presentable, driven and looking to join a close knit team in Essex.
