Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Assistant to join their team.

The Quality Control Assistant will work closely with the Production Manager and other team members to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

This role involves performing various tasks related to quality control, including inspection, testing, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Perform physical and visual tests on samples to identify defects, deviations, or irregularities in product quality.

Record and document inspection results accurately using designated quality control tools and software.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures, protocols, and guidelines.

Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the quality control area and equipment.

Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

The ideal candidate will have:-

*Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze quality issues effectively.

*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

*Commitment to upholding quality standards and delivering results that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Previous experience preferred but not essential.

Fixed Day shift

7:30 am till 4pm Mon to Thursday

Friday early finish! 7:30am till 1pm

*Good place to work, clean and tidy environment.

*No heavy lifting.

*This is a permanent job for the right person.
