This is an exciting role with huge potential for development and further career opportunities. Working on behalf of our client, a leading plastic packaging manufacturer, with sites throughout the UK, Ireland, Canada, Belgium, US, China and Mexico, we are seeking an experienced Co-ordinator for the Rotherham site.

The Role:

Reporting to the QHSE & CI Manager, this is a vital role which will support the certification process for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 by conducting stringent internal audits. Taking responsibility for driving 5S improvements and audits and ensuring all training and communication records for all employees are complete and maintained accurately.

Additionally the general administration of the QC Area falls within the role, ensuring all records of test and 'first-offs' are accurately maintained.

Key Daily Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Carrying out various audits & delivering improvements
  • Following up and resolving any areas of non-conformance
  • Working in unison with area owners to deliver improvements
  • Completing induction training and on-the-job training with employees
  • Accurately maintaining all records of audits, training, checks and associated documents
  • Creating all audit reports, training documents, risk assessments, SSOW, procedures and signs offs associated to continuous improvement and audit results
  • Provide updates on KPIs in daily pulse meetings

The suitable candidate will possess excellent writing skills, have experience with conducting internal audits, be competent in all Microsoft packages and software such as InTouch/ IPLQ/ IFS.

Excellent communication skills are imperative to the success of this role and excellent attention to detail is critical.
